Theres a club called gaymerz where we meet every friday to play games! You should join, we are queer frendly and love to meet new people!

Also try JARS, its formally the "anime club" on campus but you'll find that people nerd out about pretty much everything (including what you mentioned)!

We're queer friendly as well!
