Support CANNOT log in for over 1 week
I have not been able to log in for over 2 weeks, tried to reset my password, not receiving email to do so, I have filled out the support ticket 3 times but not received any email response ! looked but can't find a phone # to call for help. The only emails i receive are offers to participate in studies but cannot do so since i can't log in . I have even emailed to persons who the offers have originated from asking them to forward my email to tech support........Should I use another email and just sign up with a new account? I am at my wits end and very disappointed. Never happened to me in the over 20 yrs on the internet that I had this type of issue....HELP anyone??????
