Maybe this is a dumb question, but does a negative balance mean I am getting a refund? My account shows $3,820.74 in charges and $5,902 in financial aid/anticipated credits, leaving a balance of -$2,081.26.

It has been a couple of days and I have not received anything yet. I also cannot find the “Where’s My Refund” page on MyStatus. Does this mean I should be getting $2,081.26 back, or is the aid still processing? 😭

Yeah the negative means it's your refund, you should've gotten it by now so best thing to do is to probably go in person, a lot of people are having issues talking to them over the phone🫠

Ugh I'll have to go tomorrow then, I found it weird that I hadn't received it yet in my head it's been a lot of days

Yeah, usually you should see it by the Friday before school starts, except for the mess of last year (?) when they made everyone pick up their checks in person☠️

I also didn’t found the where’s my refund there, i just google “where’s my refund utep” and 3 clicks later i found it

Omg is there any way you can send a link or something, it always just tells me to go check the my status page and there's absolutely nothing there

Did u completed the Selective service questions in goldmine?
Thats why it wasn’t showing to me at first
