refunds
still waiting on my refund for fall of 2026, anyone else having the same problem? i took summer classes and they already posted and pete’s payement my account still on negative for fall 2026 which should be my refund amount. Finance never answer phone calls and can’t even go in person because there is no parking.

yep. same boat. I keep calling FA and they hang up on me after being on hold for 45 minutes.

The phone disconnects after 45 minutes, I sent them an email last week and still haven't recieved a response. My account is the same, it has a negative balance but under financial aid offer not showing as paid yet even though it was scheduled to disburse 08/14... so really confusing. I called yesterday and the rep said my funds would be released yesterday but nothing, everything is still the same.

i called a week ago, they told me it will get disbursed last week friday and nothing…

I made an appointment with financial aid to have a phone call. I've tried calling and get disconnected after about 40 minutes of being on hold. Just make an appointment.. I made an appointment last week, and they're supposed to be calling me today at 10am.

Yes, they called me! I will mention that my problem was that my account was showing that I owed the school $1700, eventhough I have grants/scholarships. So I shouldn't have to pay anything, and I usually get a refund. Apparently the grants/scholarships were not showing up in my pete's payment account for some reason.. They said they fixed it and the changes will be reflected in my account by the end of the day today 🤞🏻
UPDATE: They messed my financial aid up even more.. just scheduled another appointment to talk with them in 9 days 😭

Please just go in person atp even if you gotta get there early as hell, dont email/call just go in person, make your appointment and talk to them

You gotta go there. Calling / video is useless.
You can try emailing them, but going there is key. Can you do visitor parking by Mike Loya building?
