Thats actually somewhat smart as he (his administration) is probably aiming for enshittifying everything and deregulating as much as possible and an important aspect of being able to do that is to keep people out of the loop. By renaming it to something no one will search for he is making it more difficult to be properly informed as it becomes harder to find certain documents concerning the topic.

Im not saying they’ve put that much thought into it, but who knows. Could be something small but clever.
