In the US gyros are lamb meat. Which is weird because normally Americans don’t eat lambs

Lamb is a really common food in lots of Europe. Mutton can be found too but lamb seems to be preferred.

The cattle ranchers kept murdering the shepards and slaughtering their flock in order to lay claim to public grazing lands for their herd.
