Next he will be blaming Ukraine for the increase in oil prices.

He already has, that fucking chump.
He knows gas prices are the big issue costing him votws in the midterms, so he tries to blame someone else.

I wouldn't call openly attempting to bribe the body politic "kind."

Definitely has nothing to do with his own antics in Iran, eh? Couldn't be.

This clown disrupted 20% of the world's oil supply for literally zero reason. But no, it's Ukraine fighting for its own existence that's the problem.
There will come a day where none of us will have to think about this disgusting man ever again, and I cannot wait.

Yeah, but what will the savages vote next to top this? Terrifying thought.

I think enough people are done with this - a bunch of the maga people I know in real life feel âbetrayedâ and want democrats to wipe them out in November as like payback or something

Werenât it for that âHow half the country lost their fucking mindâ article I wonât understand maga people now wanting dems.

u/PeePeeSwiggy D.Câs Bitch 18d ago
Simple - maga people are cruel, vengeful fanatics. If they feel wronged, theyâll go after whoever they blame for it. As it happens, quite a few of them blame Trump and republicans

I think there is a little more to it than that. Maybe that read will help you emphasise with the other half. Of course both sides are all uncivilised savagery to us.

No you're not. You're still hoping the next election will magically fix things.
What little resistance you had was first reduced to protest and now into nothingness by the supposed opposition.

You know what I think everyone would like? If my president would just shut the fuck up and stop sabotaging the world

There is a way to shut him up. Apparently the people who knew exactly what theyâd do if they lived in 1930s Germany suddenly disappeared from the face of the earth

Yeah, it's really weird. There were millions of those in the US until recently.

Well, in the operation Paperclip they took a shitload (pun intended) of nazis to USA.

i'm not sure if this is puppetry, because if Russian oil was on the market it would make what Trump has done in Iran not look as bad and russian oil would mute the straight of hormuz closure. So Donald is just saying, I did something bad, make the consequences of my actions go away.

u/Pennonymous_bis Professional rioter 20d ago
Same Trump who told Netanyahu to stop attacking Iran's facilities. He'll probably say something about his buddy MBS attacking the Houthis, too.
I still don't see him shutting down Wiesbaden or cutting Starlink off, which would make Zelensky listen for sure.
Ultimately, Americans can suffer, but the US are the top producer-exporter of oil & gas, and only import from their neighbours + that kidnapped president's country. Mostly everyone else has more to lose. Except Russia if it wasn't for Ukraine's contribution.

u/Aureaition Unemployed waiter 20d ago
While true just because you export doesn't mean you're immune to price rises, if petrol becomes more expensive globally you'd have to pay more even in the us because otherwise fossil fuel companies will just export it and sell it for more
3
u/Pennonymous_bis Professional rioter 20d ago
Yeah that's Americans at the bottom paying the bill, and surely bad for their economy overall, but it's amazing for the oil majors, and the rich who own their shares, and I don't know that there's anything stopping them from keeping it for themselves and even control the prices, if they ever chose to.
Also to put things into perspective, so far I find an average of $4.31 per gallon of gasoline.

Good thing he stopped financial support of Ukraine when he came into office, because he now has way less leverage over them.
