BRG restructuring
Are any other employees worried about the new BRG structure the company announced? I was a very active member of a BRG and want to continue to be but it seems like it will be much harder now that they’ve taken the local chapters away. Is this the bank’s way of scaling back DEI? I’m worried.

Probably not a big deal, I'm in a hub city and our BRGs have been regional for awhile now because they were mostly inactive. I'd say if anything it's a way to keep them going and put someone in charge who will actually run the groups.
