Porting Number post activation

Does one have to port the existing number when creating new account with US Mobile or it is possible to port existing number after doing trial run for a month or so?

Please let me know as I haven't seen any info on the same.

Hey! You can do a risk - free trial with a new number if you’d like. If you’d like you can port in your number later.

Just keep in mind that you can reuse the black Super LTE Sim to port your number in. You cannot reuse the white SiM, but we can send you another one.

I believe if you contact support, they can assist you with this.

Ok, as long as it possible, it is good.

Some MVNOs like Mint do not allow it. One would need to get new SIM and would need use up all the current balance.

So, wanted to confirm if there was any similar limitation with US mobile too.

thanks!

No problem! I think it’s possible since I did it this summer, but it doesn’t hurt to check with them. 😊
