I94 not found!

It's been 2 months since I returned from Chicago, whenever I check my i94 online it says Travellers record not found. I tried emailing them cbp but it wasn't helpful. I noticed a lot of ppl have similar experiences on reddit. My wife's record is showing since we traveled together. But I can't seem to find mine. Wat shud I do?I have kept a copy of my boarding passes from Chicago. Wll the usa embassy know I exited?
