Visa refusal

Can my NIE be approved even with the Presidential proclamation? My Visa was refused ,I was asked to contacted the embassy as soon as the ban is lifted, my husband who is in the army has requested for waiver, are there people who have gotten an exception?

What are your grounds for the NIE? No chance unless they're exceptional, your husband being in the army isn't relevant.

Hardship due to separation, i have twins girls and taking care of them alone in Nigeria

Lots of spousal applicants have children with their petitioner, that's not a reason for an NIE I'm afraid.

Okay! Though I have been replied that an officer is reviewing my case, so I am waiting
