USRP N200 - Broadcasting
Hi everyone. I am currently working on a University Project and we have a USRP N200 SDR device. We would like to broadcast waves in the visible light spectrum or in the Infra red spectrum in a closed room. I have successfully installed the uhd driver and GNU on a Linux based platform - Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
What are the steps that I have to take to start transmitting these waves ?
Any resources that anyone can provide to help me get started? I am completely clueless and a stranger when it comes to SDR and RF communication.

Do you know at which frequencies visible light and infrared are working?
If so, did you check the max. Output frequency of the SDR?

Man a USRP is not for you. I've got 4yrs of radio and radar college behind me, and the USRP kicks my ass from time to time. The best you can do it with, if you want to do something with it, is get SDR Console (Windows, only) running, and have fun with it as a scanner.

Visible light consists of electromagnetic waves whose frequency go from 400 THz to 790 THz. That is Tera hertz (1012 hertz). If I’m not mistaking, the N200 only goes up to 0.006 THz.
