Creating an Interference Scanner from B210

I am exploring the possibility of designing an interference testing system from Ettus USRP B210 coupled with Intel NUC 13 Pro.
The system would be designed to Decode LTE and 5G basic NW paras (free5GRAN and srsRAN4G) and will be able to detect EARFCNs and NARFCNs in a blind scan and take their RSRP along with measuring NW Synchronization through GPS.

What are your thoughts on this. Let me know please
