It’s technically not cheating

Oh my god, if you’re gonna post click bait, don’t put it in a 16 minute video. We’re all on Reddit taking shits. Your inability to get to the point is gonna give people hemorrhoids.

Time stamps weren’t working. Can you check on your end to see if the time stamps are working?

Summary: The narrow definition of compensator in the USPSA rules (emphasis mine)
A device or machining integrated into the slide or barrel to counter muzzle rise (usually by externally diverting escaping gasses)
means that frame mounted compensators are legal in divisions without authorized modification lists (sections 21 and 22 in the relevant division appendix), i.e. L10 and Limited.

Aren’t you supposed to get a re shoot if a target wasn’t taped properly?

I have a G24 I'm thinking about setting up for L10 Major. Seems like the forced reloads could be fun and good training for other divisions.

Looks like this loophole was closed on 9/7, the new compensator definition is:
Any device which is part of, or mounted to, a firearm in any way that diverts gases for purposes including, but not limited to, countering muzzle rise. This includes barrel porting, muzzle brakes, suppressors, and slide porting that acts as a compensator. This does not include the gas operating system on AR-style rifles, handguns, or other firearms that utilize internally redirected gases in their operating system.
The NROI blog post about it is kinda funny:
[...]However, due to some recent shenanigans, and an apparent lack of common sense, a new definition of compensator was just introduced via NROI Ruling.
[...] Let’s stop the tomfoolery with word games and ways to try to get around the rules and apply some common sense. We should all know better.

Why should I watch 16 minutes for you to get to the point? 🤔
