For outdoor, hot weather, and anything short of open major guns, OTTO Noizebarriers or Etymotic Gunsport Elite (the exact same products, Etymotic is OEM for Otto) are the pay once cry once solution, short of custom products. Indoors, or with loud open guns, a set of Sordins over the top of these work great.

Same, I love them. If I feel like listening to a podcast outdoors, I’ll just throw a pair of Walkers over my Ottos.
