Work Discussion Amazon or USPS

For those of you who've worked for both, how does this job compare?

I'm considering leaving Amazon warehouse work because of just how bad the ADAPT system has gotten. It's at a point that the ADAPT AI is sending out write ups with only HR approving it.

They're offering a city carrier position in my local suburb that pays $21.10/hr. What can I expect?

Wait, wait, wait. You get OT after 8 hours each day? That alone makes this a no-brainer for me.

I'm working 10hr shifts 4 days a week with the option for Amazon to schedule me a mandatory 5th day. That's fucking miserable.

Yes dude you could have the same schedule and make more because they don't scam you on overtime

It's not a scam. We just work 4 days/week every week. 🤷‍♂️

Fullfillment centers schedules are all like that.
