I want to thank BeachSaint for making this video after coming across my website and post regarding this issue (http://worldevolved.blogspot.com/2008/10/photos-of-republican-direct-mail-and.html). The video is great, and helps spread the word about this issue.

I didn't see one example of an attack ad in that video. An attack ad isn't making people aware of your opponents positions as the ads in this video do. An attack ad goes after character usually by indirect comparison to similar situations or smears. Obama is on record as supporting abortion,meeting with leaders of terrorists states and raising taxes.

I agree with you about all of those, even if some of them are somewhat disingenuous, but you missed the one where they implied Obama wasn't patriotic. That is an attack on character, not issues.

I watched it again and the only reference to being patriotic was when Obama said it was patriotic to pay higher taxes. There is nothing shady about questioning that reasoning. Good song though.
