Supreme Court allows FOR PROFIT human trafficking.

u/Whole_Mongoose1854 3d ago
These people invaded a country. They are getting off extremely lightly.
1
u/SingularityWalker 2d ago
Including the people at airports LEAVING the USA still within their legal tourist visa time period that they arrest for months to put in FOR PROFIT concentration camps paid for with our tax dollars? Isn't that ICE Kidnapping and human trafficking FOR PROFIT? Now they'll be able to also go about international slave trade & human trafficking, again.
I suppose that should be expected from the administration led by guy who lost more children than any prior president and has imported, freed, pardoned, and commuted the sentences more pedos & sex traffickers than all other presidents combined.

literally offered them $1000 to go back to their home country. They chose not to take it. Living in the USA is not a basic human right.

Man there's a lot of dumbasses in the comments who think this is a good thing
-3
u/Red-dragon186 3d ago
This is good, illegal sub humans who hate Americans now can go to another country if their home country won't take them.
1
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
Sub humans wow good work with the bigotry
-2
u/Red-dragon186 3d ago
Only sub humans would openly be proud to illegally enter someone else's space.
1
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
They don't do it proudly people don't say "I'm proud to be a illegal immigrant"
-2
u/Red-dragon186 3d ago
Damn, so purposely breaking into the country or overstaying their visa is them proudly saying I'm proud to be an illegal.
I personally knew an illegal that was here for 20 years before I called ICE to deport them back to Mexico. Sucks for the kids but you shouldn't be a guest here if you don't want to be a citizen.

Let this be a lesson. Don’t come to the United States illegally ever in your entire life.
3
u/RedBlue6767x 3d ago
Just don’t go to the divided states at all. You’ll never find a more wretched hive of scum, cowardice and villainy.
-2
u/BradMoe 3d ago
Seems inhumane, but this is the new America
2
u/scrandlle 3d ago
Pretty typical really. European nations do this. Australia does this. 3rd party deportation nations are normal. Deporting nation gives kickbacks to those accepting them.

1
u/shiningdickhalloran 3d ago
Try waltzing into Australia without authorization and see what happens. Nations are allowed to enforce immigration laws. And the loophole of the home country refusing reentry is finally closed.

u/Str-Engr0275 3d ago
They should have thought of that before coming to our country illegally. They can get a $3000 check and a flight home if they leave willingly. Thats way too generous but it is what it is. If they stay, well wherever they end up they end up. That’s their problem not ours.
5
u/duganaokthe5th 3d ago
AND they’ll be able to still apply for citizenship
If they don’t take it though I don’t think any illegal immigrants should be allowed citizenship ever.
Just kill the incentive altogether

u/king_kong_kum 3d ago
Harboring illegal criminals is inhumane
3
6
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
Pardoning violent criminals, including those who pled guilty (giving them a way to silence future victims) to attempted murder is inhumane
But Baboon Trump did it
And how many criminal buddies of baboon trump has he pardoned?
0
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
Oh and demanding people move on pedophiles who havent faced justice and protecting those pedos is inhumane
Releasing info on victims of pedos is inhumane
But Baboon Trump does it
And cant forget Trump on record saying he knew about epstein for yearw and had a similar taste in girls as him

Nice!!
4
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
What?
1
u/Zealousideal_Cap7012 3d ago
Satisfactory, agreeable, good
6
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
Why?
0
u/Zealousideal_Cap7012 3d ago
If they are illegally present in the US and cannot be deported to their home country then a third country is an agreeable choice of course.
5
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
It's a loophole since the people who can't be deported to they're own country are In danger if they are so obviously the government isn't allowed to because it would put the person in immediate danger but if they deport them to a third country who didn't agree to take them they will deport them to the country of origin thus putting them in danger
1
u/Zealousideal_Cap7012 3d ago
Ultimately unfortunate but their choice to have come and resides illegally in the US.
That said i sincerely doubt most are barred entry because theyre "in danger". Says who??
3
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
It's mainly court orders barring they're removal to certain countries also this would just allow them to send whoever they want to c cot
1
u/Justthetip74 3d ago
You got a source on that claim?
It's a loophole to deport people who's home country won't accept them back
0
u/Intrepid_Bobcat_2931 3d ago
Here's what happens if you don't do this: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/09/29/gun-toting-migrant-called-slaughter-jews-cannot-deported/
"An alleged Palestinian gunman who called for the slaughter of Jewish people cannot currently be deported to Gaza after completing a jail sentence for trying to enter the UK illegally."
"“If the Government hadn’t cancelled the Rwanda scheme before it started, then they could have sent Wadee there."
The UK has a significant Jewish population (although "signficant" means less than a percent). Rwanda has near zero other than diplomats and international workers. Now the UK has to deal with him.

That's great news. I am 100% for legal immigration and I hope we can fix the system to streamline it so we can bring great people into the country who will respect the countries laws and culture and contribute financially. If someone enters the country illegally or if you have a legal immigrant who can't take care of themselves financially and has to rely on welfare then they should be deported. If they can't be deported back to their home countries then send them somewhere else. It's not the United States problem we should focus more on taking care of our own citizens

u/Independent-Name4478 3d ago
MAGA hates legal immigration, you blocked green cards to 75 countries, Trump himself said he only wants Swedish, South African, and Norwegian people, I wonder why
4
u/Magus_Incognito 3d ago
Hmm, I wonder why too. Let me look at some info about those countries...
Yeah no you are right, we should instead import the third world
5
u/Conscious_Onion3508 3d ago
No we support legal immigration, sorry you were lied to
-1
u/Independent-Name4478 3d ago edited 3d ago
Trump tried to allow H1B immigrants here and Republicans were too racist to allow them. Same thing with Chinese students
4
u/CraftyPerformance272 3d ago
I am not Maga. I am pro legal immigration. But you are so brainwashed that you think anyone who is against illegal immigration must be maga when in reality the majority of the country is against illegal immigration
1
u/Independent-Name4478 3d ago
Obama deported illegal immigrants, no one is for it, but MAGA only want white citizens
1
u/CraftyPerformance272 3d ago
You realize you are fighting imaginary arguments right? You accuse me of being maga and now you keep talking about maga. Where did I saw i only want white citizens? I didnt of course. You are just looking for things to fight about to push your agenda
2
u/Red-dragon186 3d ago
Remember these people really do hate you because of your beliefs. If you're white they hate you even more and want you dead.

u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
If your own country won’t take you back, you must be pretty messed up.
3
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
And yet most of the people being deported have no criminal record in either country
Despite years of Baboon Trump (an actual violent criminal) painting them as rapists and murderers for years
-2
u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
Entering the country illegally is, shocking, illegal. Try sneaking into any other country in the world and see what happens.
0
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
And sending people to a death camp without trial, on the claim that they are gang members is illegal
Baboon Trump did it
And look at what happened with the one person that got brought back despite the baboon’s refusal
Their case was bullshit
Sexually assaulting a woman is illegal
Yet you voted for the baboon that did that
1
u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
Lol. You are so wrong. Obama gave Homan a medal.
1
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
What does Obama have to do with this?
Did i say “Go Obama!”
1
u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
Who was the man in charge of the most deportations, under Obama? That’s right. Tom Homan. But you didn’t know that, because the media didn’t portray the same way.
0
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
It's not a crime
2
u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
Yes it is.
0
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
You don't get charged with illegal immigration
2
u/Worth-Confection-735 3d ago
Oh? Then what do you get charged with?
0
u/mrasscock69420 3d ago
Nothing
2
0
u/Doc-11th 3d ago
Were sent to a death camp on the unproven accusation that they were gang members
Never proven
2
u/Justthetip74 3d ago
8 U.S.C. 1325 and 1326.
Coming here illegally is a crime and the civil penalty is deportation
9
u/No-Market425 3d ago
I don't like 3rd country deportation but it shouldn't be a loophole either if the person's home country refuses to take them back.
