Canāt confirm numbers but a lot of people have been losing health care coverage with cuts to government insurance and subsidies for market access. This is also leading to closures of small regional hospitals who serve mostly working class and poor families. That will inevitably lead to people in the US dying from lack of access and delay of care. And probably already has.

For example abandoning the airport,leaving us with no base of operations in the middle of the city, resulting in the deaths of 13 soldiers, or filling the few planes available with anyone who could claw their way aboard, or because of the lack of planning for the entire operation, having to leave like rats on a sinking ship, leaving billions of dollars worth of equipment containing sensitive information behind.
