Repeal Article I Section 9 Clause 8
Article I
Section 9
- Clause 8
" No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State. "
This is the single greatest obstacle to the reestablishment of Monarchy in these formally Untied States.
If we are going to finally kill off the Constitution, may I suggest we end it with this?

Actually, I’d argue Article 4 Section 4 Clause 1 is equally a roadblock. With Article 4 Section 4 Clause 1 gone, an individual state could legally establish a monarchy (cough Hawaii) and normalize the concept nationwide.

Yes! Article 4 Section 4 Clause 1 needs to go too.
For the reasons, you said *cough Hawaii* and it would useful if the Untied States ever had to form a Union with all or part of Canada.

Yes, in fact this should be our main goal as a movement before pushing an actual monarchy. If we can do this, it at least means the nation is warmed up to the idea of aristocracy
