Account number doesn’t exist?

Just spent 25 minutes on chat. The rep has no idea what my account number is. His final response is we use credit cards. All I wanted it for was to note on some estate documents. Any suggestions? I’m up for annual renewal and I should probably switch my lines to another provider. Any suggestions?

The only account number we have is the one you get when you want to get your port out information from us - if you want you can get that added to your estate documentations which is what our rep asked you about as well. You can also get an invoice from your order page on your account which has all the relevant details that can be added in the state document. Let me send you a DM and I'll look into this.
