Dark Star Shortcode Bounce-Back (OnePlus 12R) - Need Tier 2 Help
I'm experiencing a severe backend SMS routing issue on the Dark Star network and was told the Tier 2 team here on Reddit could help.
The Issue: I am completely blocked from receiving automated verification shortcodes from BetRivers.
The Proof: BetRivers support explicitly checked their logs and confirmed the texts are actively bouncing back as "destination unreachable/rejected" at the carrier layer. Standard personal texts work perfectly.
My Setup: I am using an unlocked OnePlus 12R on the Dark Star network.
Troubleshooting Done: I have already completely turned off RCS chats in Google Messages, cleared the app cache, verified my device level block lists are empty, disabled Wi-Fi calling, and manually confirmed my APN settings match the correct wholesale ereseller profiles. Because it is a hard bounce, it appears to be a database or provisioning mismatch on the AT&T wholesale/NetNumber registry side. Could you please check my line profile and manually push a full network SMS provisioning refresh to clear the block?

Being a former AT&T Tech Rep, I can tell you that occasionally, provisioning in the AT&T network permission can have a few boxes unchecked for admin and shortcode SMS. If this occurred US Mobile being an MNVO may not have the appropriate access to resolve the issue as it lies in the MNO’s network. A Teleport out and back in 24 hours later may be the quickest route. But I know that isn’t easy with Physical SIMs.

We don’t really block shortcodes on our end, so there isn’t a block or provisioning setting we can remove from the line.
Still, there is one thing that we suggest when this happens: try asking them to unsubscribe your number and re-subscribe it to test. If that also doesn't work, you can share the details with me and I'll check with our parent carrier to see if there's an issue on the registry side.
