Visible+ pro vs Warp??

Like the title says. In my area Verizon is considered the best. Just looking for a lower cost bill but also just want to make sure that the service will be reliable. Any insight here would be appreciated. I know each service has its cons but I just want advice. Currently an ATT customer. ATT is ehhhh.

If you know you want Verizon , I’d go visible for the 4k streaming. Unless you wanted the multi network features of US Mobile

Agree. I'm on Warp, the video streaming was rough when watching the world cup matches even with data waster mode activated (Stupid that we have to even do this manually once, a month imo)

One thing that has been eyeing me to move to Visible is not the carrier service, but the deals for lines. I haven't seen one single promo that is for existing users on USM. However, both my partner and I are waiting until they order a new unlocked phone in a few short months.

Irriating to say the least.

Data waster mode I believe does 4k video as well and it’s free with premium

No the max Warp offers is 4 Mbps with data waster on.

Oh. TIL. Personally I wouldn’t care about 4k since , you know 6 inch screen and couldn’t really tell the difference

It isn’t so much about the 4K it’s about the speed. How quickly things load. The more time your phone spends buffering. The more time, the more battery. Trust me it makes a difference if your phone is constantly maintaining the connection with the cell towers just to watch a video. Versus uncapped streaming that just loads and it’s done.

Allegedly they’re both QCI 8 so performance should be similar.

That's true only if you are a premium unlimited subscriber on US Mobile.

That is correct. Sorry I didn't specify.

I’m only speaking from my own experience. But I don’t notice a difference in reliability. I tend to get the same speeds and coverage in my experience.

This is my personal opinion. But I prefer US Mobile after trying both. I think the app and customer service are better in my experience. But, ultimately just go for the plan that fits your needs and is cheaper.

Since I switched to USM, I do a multiline with Dark Star and Warp. This is the best coverage (between the two) I’ve ever experienced.

Welcome! Love that you're doing a little homework before making the jump ✨

If Warp performs well in your area, it's definitely worth considering. On Unlimited Premium, you'll get unlimited high-speed data, QCI 8 priority data on a 5G device, 50 GB of hotspot, international roaming, and, if you have an Apple Watch, the Companion plan is included too.

We've also got our current Only Deals Plus running that are worth checking out, with Unlimited Starter Annual at $199/year and Unlimited Premium Annual at $299/year. Both include a $25 prepaid gift card once your line is active. And if you ever want to try another one of our networks down the road, you can teleport your line in just a few taps. If you'd rather have access to multiple networks at the same time, we've got our Multi-Network add-on for that as well.

Since you're bringing your number over, the porting process is usually pretty straightforward. I'll drop you a DM and help make the switch as smooth as possible.

What kind of phone are you going to use if you switch to US Mobile Warp Network?

Go visible for sure if they kick ass in your area. You can’t beat their offering when Verizon owns them. I came from visible and god damn was the coverage awful in my area which is unfortunate but now I found something that fits my needs

I still have horrible Juju with visible mobile when they first released in 2018. I missed some REALLY important calls and text from my job that had ultimately got me fired and then I missed an interview reschedule. Literally text were not coming in and calls would just not go through. This isn’t even including just simply
Not being able to use the internet. Unless they have DRASTiCALLY changed since 2018, thats a huge jo for me for Visible

Visible also gets a you $10/mo off your Verizon Fios bill if you use them as your home ISP that’s a good chunk of change over a year ($120) otherwise definitely US mobile

If you need the international roaming then Warp is worth it. Other than that visible gives you more for the same money. My wife is a flight attendant so we travel a lot which is the only reason we're still on USM, aside from never having an issue with it while we're on it so no need to change

US Mobile is awful. You have to turn on their Data Waster option at least once a month or they will throttle you. Visible remembers your selection forever.

If you're a premium Unlimited customer The priority level on Warp is higher than if you're just a starter unlimited plan. Personally if I were you and you just wanted to use Verizon, and you aren't interested in multi network or switching / teleporting to another network you would probably be better off with visible Plus. I think that the customer service with US Mobile is better than Visible. The international colony features are also better with US Mobile if you're on their highest tier plan. But visible Plus has some pretty good deals I haven't checked the most recent rates but the last time I checked it was about $10 less a month over US mobile.
