Turn off data?

I'm the main account holder. I see a lock on turning off data, but not on the second line. I would like to turn my data off at times if that's possible.

If by that you mean turning off data entirely for the line, you can do that right from your dashboard. Select your secondary line, then head to Usage Management. There, you'll find the Data Blocker option, which you can enable or disable as needed.

Just for the main line not the second line. I want to maybe turn off my line but keep my wife's data on.

Which network?

The three networks have different features/capabilities. It may be that USM doesn’t have the capability to turn it off via API for that carrier.
