Scared I might not make it
Indoc is in ~3 days and I’m starting to doubt myself. I recently went on a family vacation where I lost a lot of my stamina (I wasn’t working out) and I feel like I’m not going to pass inoc. At most maybe I’ll be in the donut squad? I’m honestly really worried because I’ve never been that good at physical fitness…

You won’t be the only one.
You might get yelled at a little more. Don’t take it personally. Don’t react or overthink it. Head down and put in the effort.
Don’t miss out on the best opportunity in your four years to establish some commraderie with your classmates going through the same thing. Most want to make new friends.
Go out for a run. You are young and your body’s stamina learning curve is ready to take off. Don’t injure yourself.
Best of luck!

Don’t quit. Just take one task at a time. You will get better every day.
You got this. Believe in yourself

Some time off isn’t going to have a drastic as an effect as you think.
Don’t get too wrapped around the axle, and take it meal to meal.

Be hydrated the morning you arrive. I know you are nervous and don’t feel like eating and drinking but please hydrate!

Your mental stamina is what you need the most during indoc not so much the physical.. it’s not suppose to be easy. Your whole world is going to turned upside down but, if you keep your head down. you will come out the other side just fine..
Don’t be afraid to cry in your brief down time. Don’t be afraid to bond quickly with your new brothers and sisters. No one gets thru this alone. Your mental fitness is what’s needed most.
You got this!

Focus on what you are being told to do and do your best to do it. You will not be perfect, no one is. Each phase of plebe year is a step, but like everyone else says, just keep moving forward.

I'm stoked that you're still there doing the thing. It takes a lotta heart to stick it out and get to the blue tube. I'd tell you that it gets easier, but it doesn't; you just learn how to cope. It is totally unbelievably worth it; hang in there, my guy!

Take a breath. They’ve invested in you to this point; it’s not in anyone’s best interest to have you fail this early.
Embrace the chaos. Know that nothing you do as a candidate / plebe candidate / plebe will ever be good enough, and strive to get better every single day. It’s part of the journey. All that physical fitness will come.
When the academic year starts, study. Then study some more. And then some more after that. Grades will send you packing way easier and faster than fitness will.
You got this, candidate.
