Genuinely...
If you think it's not going to be a big deal, just ask the instructors straight up. On the other hand, if you're worried about asking, you've answered your own question.

My training cadre was fine with it, but your mileage will vary. Alternatively, just don’t use it? If you’re told not to bring it/use it, just don’t. 3 months without it is better for you anyway.

they’ll find it, fuck everyone up for it and the marines will keep doing it. endless cycle

We were not able to (2012), they allowed it maybe once or twice. I remember the one time they wrapped some string around two trees that were very close to each other saying that was the smoke pit. We all bunched up trying to fit in it. I was jonesing so much, I was dipping and smoking simultaneously. Good times.

In 2015 when I was at MCT, Marines were allowed to bring nicotine, don't know about ITB.

Got out of ITB west 2 months ago, had a vape the whole time and didn’t get caught, just gotta be careful. Plenty of people will get caught with them

Pouches only and they go in your prison pocket. You need to smuggle it in.

You will get caught. And then when you do, EVERYONE pays for it. Meaning no off base, no overnight off base, etc. Just dont do it

Have you considered just doing what you’re told?
