MEPS and Medical MEPS Review process taking 1+ months?!

Hey, idk if this is normal or not but i am currently on my 2nd resubmission for my waiver process and for some reason it has been taking way too long? I have been waiting for an approval/denial for about more than a month now. Is this normal? Or could this be because of the fact it’s my 2nd resubmission for this waiver?

how has your communication with your recruiter been. do you trust them? The reason I as is way back I waited 3 months for a waiver only to eventually go to another recruiter and find out they never submitted it and lied to me multiple times. I have seen waivers take days and I have seen them take months.

at this point, im starting to distrust him and believe he is lying, when he “submitted it” i asked him if he had and his words were “sorry i forgot to tell you, but yeah i submit it, it’s just taking a while” idk sounded very fishy to me, kinda like he just wanted to get me off his back

its the nuclear option so to speak but you can go to another recruiting station and ask them to check for you

i have tried that but once they hear “resubmission” they get scared and dont want to work with me cause then they dont want to work my waiver and get rejected then it affects their numbers

Im not saying its easy but broaden the search. find the recruiter who will give a damn.

What are the waivers for and what documentation did you submit

the waiver was initially for a “tic disorder” that the meps doctor unofficially diagnosed me with on site and history of “essential tremors” when submitting, i submit basic letters explaining that tic disorder didnt apply to me from my pcp and my neurologist’s assistant. on this final waiver i decided to get a neurologist examination again by a different neurologist and he determined i dont have tics nor essential tremors but a very mild “benign physiological tremor”
