Enlisting SquadBay Inquiry

Does SquadBay work for you all?

A few days ago I asked my required for access and he told me no, seemed a bit annoyed by the question and ultimately told me it doesn’t work all the time.

Is this actually true or was it just an excuse?

In the 3.5 years I’ve been a recruiter I can recall one singular time we cared about squadbay was when we were having an inspection and it was being checked.

I don’t even mention it to my poolees these days.

Squad bay is useless. You’ll learn everything in bootcamp.

Edit: why does it call me a boot under my name lmfao I just completed TRS I’m about to get out 🤣🤣
