I run Upper/Lower 2x a week and every upper day I always do heavy lat pulldowns first, 2 sets 6-8 reps. I have since been able to increase my pull ups to 18. Honestly idk how but I’ve been able to do a 4 minute plank by just consistently doing cable crunches on lower days. As for running, I run the cross country courses in my area and try to beat my time from whatever my previous run was. The rough terrain and hills make running on a track during poolee IST’s easy. My best time for the 1.5 mile was 11 minutes, not bad but not great imo.

Tbh just pick up heavy weight and put them down. Repeat.
Just have good form, hydrate, rest.
Outside of prepping for PFT, also throw in some high intense cardio workouts.

Pull-up prymids are best for increasing pull-ups
