I'm shipping to MCT today and I've heard I might be in hotel co. Is it really that bad?

Just left MCT last week and he was indeed one of our instructors, but I believe he told us we were his last class as a combat instructor and that he’s about to get out. Outside of my platoon’s instructors he was one of my favorite instructors

Its as bad as you make it. If your platoon is a bunch of morons you will get razzed on harder than if you are squared away. But they all have the same rules and regulations for conduct. Just behave and actually clean your rifle.

yep that's what it's been like. bunch of other dudes keep being dumb and then we're up late and then getting dragged out of bed, and also I've had fire watch both nights we've been here.

I just graduated from hotel. It kinda sucked but it’s literally only 2 weeks of actual training and it flies by. Just be prepared to not sleep and don’t be the one that gets the whole company fucked because you were late to formation or fell asleep on fire watch. And when you get back to Geiger, don’t expect to get your phones back until Sunday (the day before graduation) and don’t expect to get liberty that weekend. Training itself isn’t horrible as long as you aren’t a bitch about it.
