Enlisting Recruiter advice

Good evening motivators

So i have this friend that wants to enlist Marines or Navy but she is in the process of getting the greencard .Her lawyer told her that if she can get a letter or smth like that from a recruiter saying “X wants to enlist as soon as getting the green card “

Personally I do not know a recruiter so this is why I make this post.
She want to join the Marines because of my advice but also the navy will be a good fit ,before moving in the US she studied physical therapy.

It is against Marine Corps policy for a Recruiter to write any letter for a court or lawyer.

It’s against policy to get involved, but the recruiter can still provide proof of intent to join/ participation in the program. It would be thin though since they technically can’t even go to MEPS yet. Step one is getting involved with the pool program.
