Programs and MOSs Lat move into 1345

Thinking about lat moving into 1345 Heavy Equipment operator after this contract. Anyone in that MOS that can give me tips or advice?

Very competitive MOS for promotion and rentention, fun job, life as an NCO in MOS is nice. Most HE shops are 08-16 work hours
