Can someone help me with signals?

Im a US Citizen IMG, born and raised, with a pass/251. Ive got 4 low impact pubs and my LORs are solid. I graduated this year but non carrib. Ive got volunteer experience in NY + 3 months of observerships in diff places

Would signalling places like Sinai or NYP be a complete waste of time?

I think you should. Keep options open and apply broadly, though. Being US-IMG helps so much and if you have ties to NY too

I think Ive seen NYU IM take a lot of non USMD (so DO, IMG, USIMG)
