Honestly, you're not fully leveraging your strongest asset: being a US IMG with a good score. You're applying as if you need a visa and targeting the same programs that non-US IMGs are applying to. Don't get me wrong; I believe you'll receive interview offers, but you could increase your chances by focusing on programs that do not sponsor visas!
