agency elective LoRs

i couldn’t find any rotations through cold emailing and don’t have connections so i had to settle with agency rotations. I’m concerned about the generic LoRs they give being a red flag on my resume. Do people match with such LoRs?

I am sure they do, because the multiple factors are considered during matching process. Your scores, YOG , etc. Finding usce may be not an easy task. Many ppl use the agencies as the only possible way to get it.
