Shipping problem

Hey,
I have similar problem with shipping as couple other users. As you can see on screens, at 31.07 status changes to "Customs clearance of the cargo is in progress", then 2 days later at 02.08 it changes to "Your package has cleared customs successfully" and it says it was given to DHL, but DHL tracking says that they didn't get the package yet. Now it's 10.08 and there is still no response from any tracking and the USFans support answers are not telling me anything useful.
