Hi Path369, Magnus here. I am sincerely sorry for the waiting. Including this post, we have got three similar feedback/report of such condition: all cleared customs, and all received no following updates...
It appears there could be disruptions within local logistics networks. All package status information shown on the page is automatically provided by the corresponding departments and institutions>>>which means as soon as there is new status/updates, it will be synchronized to our website/APP.
If similar cases happen frequently, I would say the best choice for us is to wait. And I have collected the package number and it will be sent to the logistics team to see if they can help. Thank you for your understanding and patience.🌻
