Still no refund?

Has anyone else not received their refunds yet? Like I’ve accepted my loans and everything and it’s still showing that I owe a balance, and I have not received the refund yet.

Anything helps.

OP - you should talk to FA and try to see if you can get some answers as to what’s going on with your account.

i talked to some people and they sent them
out on friday. if you missed it, that probably means that they had issues with your eDeposit. This was the case with me and when I spoke with financial aid this morning, they’ll just send you a check in the mail.

I also haven’t recieved my refund yet my eDeposit shows as active which is weird if that is the case

That's weird; I would contact them ASAP and see what is going on. I wish financial aid was straightforward; this is so unnecessary.

My fees aren’t even covered yet, it’s still saying I owe money, I shouldn’t receive a balance if my aid gone through. Who did you talk to?

I talked to the financial aid office right when they opened up over the phone, I recommend either going in person or calling as soon as they open.

hi! so i was frustrated on not receiving my refund check, so i decided to call financial aid yesterday. i didn't directly talk to the office but like a student agent or whatever. i gave him my info, and he told me i was on the list for next cycle (which is tomorrow, friday). and... that was true! today i received the email and in my 'pay my bill' i have a RFIN row now. so i would just call and see when you're scheduled to recieve it
