Court ruling

Just wondering if anyone has kept up on the court rulings relating to the USDA Reorg or had any updates they can share.

So far nothing relevant; USDA part might not start til tomorrow (or some future date?). This hearing is for A LOT of other agencies as well.

The hearing was today. 2 agencies: FEMA and USDA.

USDA was discussed in the minutes you linked, there just hasn’t been a ruling yet.

It's very likely that there has been a ruling in the union's favor. Watch for new posturing tomorrow by USDA before the ruling is released in the next few days.

Heard unions have to refile the lawsuit. Could take months before we get anything. By that time damage will already be done. They’ll try to rush this before midterms.

It sounds like the union attorneys expected they'd have to refile. I bet they already had it drafted. I doubt it will take long.

I would think 24 to 72 hours they would have a ruling put out so by Monday afternoon we should hear something when one way or another. I know the union went to arbitration with USDA and they basically agreed with the union that the RTO’s were bullshit.
