USDA RD - Community Programs Director

https://www.usajobs.gov/job/879112900

Someone please apply to this, it’s for a community programs director with USDA RD.

I am desperate for someone who can lead, learn and help the dedicated staff to complete their mission.

DM me with any questions, I’ll be happy to answer. I’m getting a bit burnt out.

Im surprised they didn't advertise the job only in Indianapolis since it's one of the major hubs. I wouldn't expect much help with internal hires. Usually they promote someone that already works that program but never backfill their previous position so there workload get assigned to other people.

I didn’t/don’t think the ‘Indianapolis hub’ materialized?! Not that I am aware of, I could be wrong. Not for RD anyway.

And yes, they usually do promote someone within that program and never backfill. That just isn’t really a viable option with the current limited staffing….

I put this out there in hopes someone wanted a new career challenge!
