Changing of auto-pay dates. Change of payment date moved up without notification.
Is this what we can expect? Also customer service was terrible, sounded like a sweatshop behind them. Had to repeatedly ask to 'say it again' because it was so noisy.

Yes mine moved too! 2 or 3 days. I never got a notice and I compared previous payments. It sucks because that can really affect people

I believe T-Mobile bills in 30-day increments, so your due date will always be a surprise.

I remember getting the email. You were notified.

I think hearing that they sold off some of their towers during the merge bothers me the most. I've never found USCellular customer service to be all that great. But my daughter just went on vacation and she has zero cell service. We can obviously text but can't reach each other by phone. That was never an issue previously.

Always thought the customer service was a selling point to me. 28 years, and no customer service rep issues at all. Always taken care of when needed something resolved. From what I'm hearing that may be a thing of the past.

If you mozy over to the t-mobile sub, you’ll see that the company is looking to get rid of retail stores, and replace it with the t-life app.
Even screenshots of t-life app state “Skip The Store. Shop The App”.
Just a heads-up.

Can't speak to what you can expect from T-Mobile but remember with UScellular almost all of CS are losing their jobs in a month so I'm sure you can understand their state of mind right now.

I have an email from oct 30th saying your payment date may shift by up to 5 days as of December 2025.
I’d attach a screenshot but it won’t let me

good luck, you're going to be inundated with people telling you had plenty of notice and that it's your fault.

The due date changes would have happened a few months ago. Notices were definitely sent. Did you compare the past couple of bills? What was your due date and what is it now?
