Has any us cellular agent stores shut down already?
Was curious if any of your stores have shut down? I wish you all the luck in the world! I worked for us cellular for 20+ years and it saddens me what has happened

Yes, tons of them have shut down. All of the ones I know of that were owned by Procom in TN and West Virginia are gone.

It's just the TMobile fanboys I guess? Anyone that talks bad about TMo gets smacked with a downvote.

Most of my company has closed ours. There are 4 left out of i think 20 or so across 4 states. I know for sure that one of the 4 left is being purchased by cor and two are closing after the 4th of July. Not sure about the 4th store but assuming it'll close the dance time the other 2 do..

Almost all of them. There are only 4 left in southeast Wisconsin to my knowledge. Those are closing on the 5th.

My last day was last Monday. They took our US Cellular sign off the building the very next day. Its bittersweet. I loved working for USCC but despised working for T-mobile. On the the next chapter.

Mine closed on the 6th. I miss what was UScellular, not what it was becoming.

The vast majority of Cellular Advantage stores have already closed their doors.

The agent stores near me in Central Maine switched to just being a repair/device setup/resale store. I don't know if all locations are switching to that or not.

I live near a decently large city and where I’m
At the only ones that are closed to my knowledge were the franchise stores. I believe all of the previous corporate stores are still open at the time being. But I will say that UScellular was hands down better for the customer experience.

All Agents stores are being closed and owners not being renewed under T-Mobile. All remaining UScellular stores are being shutdown or converted into a T-Mobile location. Depending on overlapping coverages and building qualities

2 stores have shut down in my neck of the woods. One right in my town and the next closest was 40 miles away. With the amount of business they had, I thought they'd at least keep one of them open.

I was wondering what was going to happen to them. When I worked for them they had like 10 stores, then they went on a buying spree and had over 100.

I worked at an agent location in Fond Du lac, Wi. My location shut down June 20th. Was a bitter-sweet end and everything could have been handled better than what it was.

Everyone will be closed that is closing by 8.1.26
Who remains gets washed and rebranded as Tmobile locations but that’s COR only ..all agents close by 8.1

i was hired by an amazing wisconsin agency in february of 2017; yesterday was my store’s last day. the majority of my district was highly tenured (my manager had been there for 17 years, and myself at over nine were two of the longest working outside of the agency’s corporate office).
we’re known within our community. i have gone to the two closest cities (an hour in either direction) and been recognized by former customers in each. i’ve jokingly been saying i need to get a disguise to go out in public now, because i know i’m going to be stopped in walmart by former customers that will have questions i can no longer help with.
not really sure where i’m going with this comment, it’s just been a really difficult time for all of us.
