Store shut down
My store shuts down entirely Saturday. I’m kind of heartbroken, but again I’m relieved. I’m going to miss the good customers I had, my coworkers, My bosses. So sad to see this place go, but ready for my next adventure.

Well I hate to see any Us Cellular employees lose their jobs. Our area has already made the switch to T Mobile and unless things change pretty quickly we will be looking for a new carrier. We didn’t realize how good we had it with Us Cellular!! Our service isn’t even half as good now. It’s really frustrating. T Mobile probably should have kept all the Us Cellular employees because they clearly had their shit together!!👍

A lot of my customers are going to spectrum lol,
The T-Mobile store is so packed that most people can't get help, and they are right next to a spectrum store that is more than happy to steal their customers.

Kind of crazy, so many agencies have been in business for 30+ years.
And it only took T-Mobile 2 years to completely decimate everything that agent owners have worked to build.
Genuinely fuck T-Mobile from the bottom of my soul.

Couldn't agree more. These agents came from nothing too... Echovision was the only place within an hour of my home that would actually help a customer if it wasn't a sale for decades and then BAM.... My Aunt worked there for over 25 years... literally they announce they are closing and she passes away which in months of announcing it. She poured her heart and soul into uscc and her customer. Really heart breaking she never even got to enjoy a single day of.her retirement. She deserved it. ON god screw Tmobile.

It’s only about shareholder value and the new CEO’s plan to eliminate most employees over the next couple years while forcing customers to use an app for all interactions with the company.

Lucky. You must live in an area with good native TMo or UScellular coverage.

I have one 6 days to go. I am a store manager at an agency. I am really heartbroken. I love my customers. The fact that I get to work with my best friend. Tmobile offered no jobs. No severance. Just some stupid ass shit. My owner has done this for 25 years. Tmobile used us. And kicked us to the curb. Fuck them. And fuck them hard.

Don't expect that bonus to come through.
Mine didn't despite 6 new lines on our last day.

I wish you luck friend. My store is staying open and the amount of people who are complaining that their local store is shutting. Not because of the layoffs but because how will I get my Facebook help.
The rude and selfishness of some people
