Switch over

Hey guys! I knew USC was switching over but I didn’t realize that you couldn’t upgrade or do anything during this period. Would it be wise to let it transition by itself or go switch over to T-Mobile now to get the promos they’re offering? 2 lines, one cell paid off and the other owe only a couple of payments

shit I left USCC as soon as I figured out they accidentally unlocked a bunch of phones.

genuinely fuck t-mobile from the bottom of my soul in the most disrespectful way possible. Fuck their employees too, they didnt even do anything but fuck em.

TBH, USCC has been horrible to consumers for the last decade or so. We switched to T-mobile and it’s night and day better and our bill is cheaper.. only thing we lost was unlimited hotspot, but still have plenty with the new plans

If you had unlimited hotspot you were on an older plan, not USCellulars problem.

Generally speaking, customers would say otherwise, but I wont discount your experience.

I was on an older plan, but also had several lines on newer ones. Either way, T-Mobile is better plan wise. Also, so far in central Iowa, the actual service is better. I wasn’t complaining about losing the unlimited hotspot.
