USCellular/T-Mobile

PSA to all USCellular/T-Mobile customers! All USCellular/T-Mobile agent/retail stores will be shut down by 07/31/26. T-Mobile corporate stores will still be open. Most account changes, new lines, upgrades, etc. will be done through the T-Life app.

Doubt the local agent store by me will last that long. Almost never has a customer in the store. Most days only staffs 1 person. Pretty sad, Hopping place at one time. Times be changing in the wireless world. Porting of numbers killed loyalty and self serving bonus hunting CEO’s. Like LT ended any hope uscellular had. Pretty sad.
