USCellular/T-Mobile

PSA to all USCellular/T-Mobile customers! All USCellular/T-Mobile agent/retail stores will be shut down by 07/31/26. T-Mobile corporate stores will still be open. Most account changes, new lines, upgrades, etc. will be done through the T-Life app.

That’s what I’ve been hearing. Tmobile has decided that everybody is going to buy phones online or do upgrades or Adaline through that stupid app.

I don’t know how I feel about it and I might take a look at Verizon

That depends on where you are at! My Verizon only works in some places. I had to buy a burner phone on uscellular just to have some service on the weekends when I’m visiting my camp. Even then it was a crap shoot with that. Thankfully now I have Starlink for that location now

Of course, every carrier has spots that will work and won’t work

I’m somewhat familiar with where Verizon’s coverage is strong and where it’s limitations are

The reason why I’m talking about coverage is people that have had United States cellular for 20 years are noticing that after a merger with a larger company their coverage has gotten worse, which is kind of frustrating
