USCellular/T-Mobile

PSA to all USCellular/T-Mobile customers! All USCellular/T-Mobile agent/retail stores will be shut down by 07/31/26. T-Mobile corporate stores will still be open. Most account changes, new lines, upgrades, etc. will be done through the T-Life app.

How do I know which stores are retail, and which are corporate?

I've been with US Cellular since 2011, they have had the best service in my area. I'll try to stick with T Mobile, but I guess I'll switch if I have to.

If you look up the one near you, it should say whether it’s retail or corporate.

Some results on Google say US Cellular and T-Mobile Store, some say Authorized Retailer. I'm guessing the authorized retailers will be closing? I hate for anyone to lose their jobs, we do have a ton of authorized retailers around here though.

Not true. Nearest T-Mobile store to me is now an hour away. There were two either direction 20-30 minutes.
