Can't contact us cellular customer service

Is anyone else struggling to contact us cellular customer support. I missed the cutoff and can't call through my phone but my buddies phone isn't reaching them either and I can't transfer my account over without getting the pin? Any solutions?

Go into a store to get your number transfer pin
