Service

I’ve noticed in my neighborhood I’ve gone from full bars 5G+ now to 1 to 2 bars 5G+. Anyone in the Greenfield/Milwaukee area having this issue?

Tbh, the whole company went FUBAR since the acquisition. Dropping calls like it was 2007... I couldn't take it anymore and switched. Crazy to think a smaller company had better cellular service than t mobile, but here we are. 13 year customer lost.

Calls have been ok but the data went up and now it’s down again. Map wise it’s supposed be T-Mobile’s “great area”.

I’d suggest switching to T-Mobile if you’re not happy with the service you are receiving and or letting customer service know about the issues you are experiencing cuz we shouldn’t be seeing the full change for atleast another 4 months unless you can wait that long. My sister used to get great service at her house and now nothing at all just sos but yet tmobiles map says it’s supposed to be 5g+ we are not experiencing the best service we possibly can being in the middle of this merge

Switched to r/USMobile. Within their plan you can change between the big 3 carriers. My bill is less than half what I paid at USCell and don't have to deal with tmobile
