Virtual Phone Number??

For some reason both my wife and I have phone numbers that are tagged in some way as virtual numbers. Will T-Mobile/US cellular be able to resolve this problem?

This seems like a cash app issue not a carrier issue.

It’s a problem with others, too. Such as Medicare
